Welcome to EDUC 333B - Envisioning the Future of Learning

What should every 11-year-old girl in the world know?  How might we make that happen?

In EDUC 333B students will design prototypes to  improve the learning opportunities of young people around the world.  Students will contribute to the United Nations Millennium Development Goal of “ensuring that by 2015 boys and girls alike will be able to complete a full course of primary schooling”.  This global education problem is recognized by many development organizations around the world like The World Bank, Asian Development Bank as well as Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), corporations and venture capital firms. The instructors, both Learning, Design and Technology Alumni, will help the students to understand this landscape, identify and prioritize the challenges and design solutions with measurable impact
